Strengthening our Leadership Team: Meet our New Director

In August, Kinsight welcomed our new Director of Adult Services, Nicole Allen. Nicole will be instrumental in ensuring our teams and the people we serve are supported as we grow and evolve our programs and services. 

Nicole brings nearly 20 years of experience in the social services sector, with a strong focus on supporting individuals with disabilities and complex barriers. Most recently, she served as the Director of Employment and Disability Services and the Director of Service Delivery at Open Door Group, where she led operations across multiple regions and oversaw specialized employment and health services. Nicole began her career as a Recreation Therapist and has since advanced into senior leadership roles, supported by a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership. She is known for her strategic thinking, team leadership, and commitment to service excellence.

“I’m looking forward to working with a strong team to expand opportunities for people with disabilities and provide flexible, person-centered services. For me, the most important thing is collaborating to design services that evolve with people’s needs and leave a lasting, positive impact.”
