Our Transition Program provides a number of free information sessions and workshops for parents and caregivers on topics related to transition and planning for family members who have a disability. Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Benefits
Did you know that youth and adults who have a disability may be eligible to begin receiving provincial PWD benefits (which include financial, medical, and dental assistance) at the age of 18 years? If you would like to learn more about these benefits and how to apply, please join us for this FREE session.
