Transitions: Making the Most of Secondary School

This information evening is for parents of students in grades 9 – 11, who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.  The session is intended to help parents and students:

• Think about life after high school
• Get information to do proactive, meaningful IEP planning and school programming that moves students toward their future goals
• Know what steps to take now and over the next couple of years for students who may need ongoing support throughout life
