Our Transition Program provides a number of free information sessions and workshops for parents and caregivers on topics related to transition and planning for family members who have a disability. Life after High School
A panel of resource people will provide information and answer questions you may have about eligibility for adult services and supports, post-secondary options, supported employment, provincial Persons with Disability Benefits, and more. For parents & students who are beginning to think about life after High School.
