An information session to encourage everyone to think about, and become well-informed, about the financial future of their family member with a disability.
There will be a presentation by Ken Kramer, Q.C., Principal & Senior Associate Counsel with KMK Law Corporation. Ken will discuss a variety of estate-planning vehicles, current legislation in the area of Wills, Trusts & Estate planning, as well as provincial Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Benefits & estate planning considerations.

Who: This session is suitable for anyone (parents, siblings, grandparents, adult children) who has a family member of any age with a disability.
